Bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. Generally, they're very hard, and I wake up sore. I woke up refreshed and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty as well! All of the staff was engaging and friendly, but not annoying. There is plenty of available parking, even when every room is sold out.

The first shift desk clerk was amazing. She was very nice and informative. The hotel was clean and the coffee in the lobby stayed hot.

The Hampton Inn was our overnight stay located close to our son & daughter in laws wedding venue. Staff were friendly and free breakfast was better than most hotels!

Tami at the front desk was very helpful with adjusting our payment info. She was also able to switch us to a room on the top floor for our multi-night stay ... so it was nice and quiet. Nice shower. Nightlight in the bathroom was a nice touch. Room space was good for the three of us. Appliances worked well and were in good condition. Appreciated to soap dish by the sink.

The location of the hotel was quite convenient to exploring downtown Burlington. The room was clean and well equipped with the conveniences I expect. The hot breakfast was very good.

Everything is a little different because of Covid. No one to clean rooms everyday but things dropped off outside the room when necessary. Love that the pool and hot tub were open. Just moved here and with all the moving, the hot tub was essential. Right in the middle of town and a train runs right by the pool side!wish we could get have had breakfast downstairs but they are doing the best they can by serving you and letting you take a tray to the room.

First off I checked in, got to the room thats when I got concerned, the room reached of smoke, and it was super small? Nothing like in the picture. I asked for a room that was bigger and most important DID NOT smell like smoke, what I got was another small room but it didn't smell. Then the chair was crap like the main chair in the rom but I asked and got a really nice chair thanks for that. Then there was breakfast can u say it was the cheapest breakfast the so called pork sausage was not breakfast sausage it was smoked polish or something, and the eggs were not appetizing then the next day it was completely empty at 8am the prime breakfast time. I was telling my spouse what I just said, and the front desk lady said what did you say EMPTY? So at least she cared the staff was nice but the hotel I would not stay there again sorry. I really think with some small improvements I would come back then.
